Sports Conditioning:
Sports Conditioning (Sports Con) is a specialised training module for children of all abilities, aimed at improving fundamental movement skill. Fundamental Movement Skills include loco-motor skills (hopping, skipping, jumping, running), manipulative skills (throwing, catching, kicking, striking) and body management skills (balance, rolling, climbing, line walking).
