The Fingal TY Sports Leadership Programme is an initiative that allows successful applicants complete three compulsory and two elective coaching modules funded by Fingal Sports Office. Successful applicants will also have to complete 40 hours in total of Sport Specific work experience with Fingal Sports NGB partners. On completion of course and work experience modules, applicants may then apply for a scholarships to complete a Personal Training Coaching Course.

Places are limited to Fingal residence only, all course qualification are completed with Fingal Sports Office partners only and work experience must be completed with Fingal Sports Affiliated Clubs. Students must be 16 + years on or before January 31st 2026. 

Compulsory Modules: Safeguarding Training, Understanding Physical Literacy Training, Disability Awareness Training

Elective Modules: Soccer, Rugby, Tennis, Cricket, Swimming and Hockey
